Brookview's Regulation Course is a challenging, mature course with some tree-lined fairways, 28 moderate bunkers, fairly small greens, and an abundance of water hazards. Bassett Creek flows through the course, crossing six holes.

Fairways are a bit long, not quite rough, driving range is a joke. Don't bother hitting a bucket, unless you want to practice hitting out of rough. I guess that could come in handy! The driving range grass is cut to about 3 inches, but they do have grass tees!
